With Kyle Field and Texas A&M University as a backdrop, The Golf Club at Texas A&M University, renovated in 2013, is a par 71, 7,008-yard gem designed by Texas A&M’s own Jeff Blume ’89. Tournament registration includes a bucket of range balls to warm up, cart, tournament shotgun start at 8 am, and a fajita lunch afterwards. Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams as well as longest drive and closest to the hole. Register your team today or sign up as an individual and indicate your preferred team partners. No team? No Worries. We’ll pair you with others to create a team. Closer to the event, the event coordinator will contact team registrants to obtain a list of team member names and contact information. Preregistration is required by the early registration deadline, no late or on-site registrations. Additional details to be shared with registered players by email in advance of the event.

Enjoy sporting clays at beautiful Tonkaway Ranch on the outskirts of College Station. The event includes breakfast tacos, bottled orange juice, bottled water, and 50 rounds on the sporting clays course. Shooters must provide their own transportation to the event, shotgun, and ammunition (50 rounds minimum). Shooters must be present for the safety meeting. Ending time will depend upon number of shooters but is anticipated to be around noon. Preregistration is required by the early deadline, no late or on-site registrations. Only registered shooters allowed at event, no observers or guests. Additional details to be shared with registered shooters by email in advance of the event.

Younger members (35 years old or younger) are invited to meet at the Block T Bar & Grill on the third floor of the hotel to network. Outside of the bar area is a sweeping terrace overlooking Kyle Field for everyone to hangout and catch up before the evening events.

TexITE will be hosting its traditional Texas Hold’Em Tournament on Wednesday evening following the Highway Products Group Reception. No experience necessary. Come enjoy the fun, snacks, and prizes. Other games like dominos will also be available for people to play.
