Exhibitor Booth Registration Fees

$1,000 – ($1,250 after March 13, 2026)

  • Includes: 10×10 booth space; 1 skirted 6′ table near a highly trafficked area; 2 chairs; a power cord; and admission for one (1) representative to attend all sessions and meals provided to meeting attendees.

Additional Exhibitor Registration
$315 – Additional Exhibitor – Full Registration ($415 after March 13, 2026 and $465 onsite)

  • Please note: The exhibitor registration fee includes meeting participation for one (1) representative. Additional representatives may register and pay to attend the meeting as an additional Exhibitor. (Meeting badges will be required to gain admittance to the Exhibit Hall.)

Exhibit Schedule

Exhibit Set-up and Removal

  • Exhibitors may set-up starting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026.
  • All booths must be shut down and vacated by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 10, 2026.

Show Hours

  • Wednesday, April 8, 2026 (6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) (Opening Reception)
  • Thursday, April 9, 2026 (7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
  • Friday, April 10, 2026 (7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.)

(Breakfast and Breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall on both Thursday and Friday)
