Join us for an evening of great food and fun at Kirby’s Ice House, a laid-back venue with the state’s longest bar, a patio & food trucks offering draft beer & cocktails. Lupe Tortilla’s Food Truck is reserved for TexITE with fajita meat and vegetarian options!

Limited parking is available on-site, and TexITE will be providing transportation from the hotel to Kirby’s Ice House between 5pm and 9pm. (pick-up/drop-off location to be provided closer to event)

Younger Member Late Night Social (9pm to Midnight)

A minimum age (21+) verification is required.

Join fellow young professionals—and those young at heart—for a relaxed late-night social at Woody’s Hideaway. Unwind after the day’s sessions with great conversation, drinks, and networking in a casual setting. The venue is conveniently located near the Thursday Night Social venue and conference hotel, with transportation provided.

TexITE is covering the activity reservations! Reserved activities include four (4) pool tables, a Golf simulator, and Virtual darts for a fun, laid-back evening. Other unreserved attractions include ping pong tables and yard games like corn hole and Jenga. For more information about the venue, you can visit the location’s website.

Please note that attendees purchase drinks and food on their own.

Transportation will be provided between Kirby’s Ice House and Woody’s Hideaway from 8:30pm to 9:30pm and between Woody’s Hideaway and Conference Hotel until midnight.
