Exhibitor Booth Registration Fees

$1,000 – ($1,250 after August 1, 2025)

  • Includes: 10x10 booth space; 1 skirted 6′ table near a highly trafficked area; 2 chairs; a power cord; and admission for one (1) representative to attend all sessions and meals provided to meeting attendees.

Additional Exhibitor Registration
$315 – Additional Exhibitor – Full Registration ($415 after August 1, 2025 and $465 onsite)

  • Please note: The exhibitor registration fee includes meeting participation for one (1) representative. Additional representatives may register and pay to attend the meeting as an additional Exhibitor. (Meeting badges will be required to gain admittance to the Exhibit Hall.)

Exhibit Set-up and Removal

  • Exhibitors may set-up starting at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
  • All booths must be shut down and vacated by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025.

Show Hours

  • Wednesday, September 24, 2025 (6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.) (Opening Reception)
  • Thursday, September 25, 2025 (7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
  • Friday, September 26, 2025 (7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.)

(Breakfast and Breaks will be served in the Exhibit Hall on both Thursday and Friday)
