This meeting is a great time for the Texas Institute of Transportation Engineers to get together, attend lectures, learn about new studies going on, and have some transportation time! Best part- TAMUite will be covering the charges for travel, accommodation, and registration!
This year’s registration process is a bit different from previous years, and we want to facilitate the process. Here I want to provide you with the exact steps to register and be sponsored by TAMUite.

1. First please go to this link.
2. Press Register now!
3. At the first page of registration, please select to register as a student and write your personal information.
4. In the next page, go ahead and choose student.
5. Now, you can choose the events you may want to attend. However, TAMUite is not going to sponsor these special events. TAMUite sponsorship for meeting registration is $50.
6. You can also provide the number of guests you may want to invite, however, TAMUite is sponsoring only you, and not your guests.
7. Do you want to sponsor the event? I really cannot… I would go and select No!
8. In the payment page, select to pay by check or money order.
9. In the final page, make sure you have all correct information. Once again, TAMUite sponsorship for meeting registration is $50. Go ahead and press finish! But you are not done yet!! So Sorry!!
10. Take a copy of your registration receipt, and name it “texitefall2016-yourfullname“. Make sure to this. if not, it might get lost among lots of documents!
11. Now go to this link.
12. Answer all questions, and use the link provided to UPLOAD your copy of registration receipt.
13. Press SUBMIT at form and you are good to go! Soon, we would contact you!
