The Local Arrangement Committee greatly needs and appreciates your support and generosity in assisting us keep meeting cost low to our membership. To help offset the cost of the meeting and to provide you with a special marketing opportunity to show your support, TexITE has created several sponsorship opportunities. Your sponsorship will be used to help offset the cost of the events listed below. In return for your generous contribution, you will receive the following:

  • Recognition as an event sponsor in the TexITE meeting program, on the TexITE meeting app, and on the TexITE Web site.
  • Verbal recognition at the social event sponsored
  • Placement of your company logo in a prominent location at the event
  • Your company logo printed on the cover of the Training Manual (if you sponsor the HCM Training)
  • If you choose the full amount, your firm will be the main headliner for that event. If you choose a smaller amount, you will be recognized proportionally with the other sponsors according to your level for that event.
  • The minimum amount for sponsoring a single event is $250 (with the exception of the fishing tournament). If you sponsor multiple events, your sponsorship level for each event must be a minimum of $500.
