The fall meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites San Marcos Hotel, Spa and Conference Center, which is located on Interstate 35 at McCarty Lane. The hotel is conveniently located between the San Antonio International and Austin Bergstrom Airport, and is within minutes from the San Marcos Outlet Malls.

TexITE has secured a block of rooms at the rate of $91 (single-occupancy) and $154.00 (2-4 occupancy) per night plus tax at the Embassy Suites San Marcos Hotel, Spa, and Conference Center (Google Map). The rate includes a two-room suite with complimentary breakfast buffet, happy hour, and parking. This rate also applies for Tuesday night (for those that arrive early). If you wish to extend your stay outside of these dates, you will need to book a separate reservation on the Web site or contact the hotel directly at (512) 392-6450.
