Welcome to the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) South Texas Section web site. ITE is a community of transportation professionals acting as a source of expertise, knowledge and ideas. The South Texas ITE Section (STITE) is a part of the Texas District (TexITE) and includes the area between Del Rio, San Antonio, Victoria and the Rio Grande Valley. We welcome you to attend our events and become a Section member. Membership with International ITE is encouraged but not required.

January Meeting

The South Texas Section January Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. at Liberty Bar (1111 S. Alamo St, San Antonio, TX 78210) in San Antonio. The meeting will feature Brian Buchanan of VIA Metropolitan Transit to present VIA's ongoing planning for several exciting new transit service options for San Antonio.
