Technical Tour of the
DFW Airport Operations Center

The DFW Airport Operations Center (AOC) helps to keep Airport users and patrons moving on both the landside and the airside operations. The AOC supports the day-to-day operations of the Airport by providing information management, customer/tenant services and communication/information systems. The AOC is responsible for:

• providing logistical support to Board staff and outside agencies
  on telecommunications matters associated with day-to-day operation
  of the airport
• maintaining sufficient databases to provide accurate and
  informative communications regarding the status of the Airport to users
  and patrons
• ensuring proficiency of all systems and processes and perform
  training to provide added efficiencies and increased service levels
