ITE has a number of resources available on their web site to help with forming and running an ITE student chapter.
Dates to Remember
| Date | Item |
| October 1 | Submit your list of current student members and officers to the student chapter coordinator. |
| December 1 | The student chapter coordinator will contact your chapter regarding the upcoming TexITE Winter Meeting. |
| April 1 | Submit your annual chapter report to the student chapter coordinator. Guidelines for the report can be found on the ITE web site. Submittals for the Daniel B. Fambro student paper award competition are due. Guidelines for the paper contest can be found on the ITE web site. |
| May 1 | The student chapter coordinator will contact your chapter regarding the upcoming TexITE Summer Meeting. |
